A new single by Feu! Chatterton ahead of the release of their much anticipated debut album in October.
Boeing will feature on their collection to be entitled Ici le Jour (a tout enseveli)
The five piece released their first EP almost exactly a year ago, and have been one of France's most talked about acts since. Their track La Malinche attracting considerable attention with its blending of a very French vocal style aesthetic with a biting electro indie soundtrack.
The new album features Boeing, as well as Côte Concorde and La Malinche from their EP.
While their old school dandy stylings may have helped them stand out from the crowd, it's perhaps the thought that if Jacques Brel was alive and well and playing in a 21st century indie band he'd probably sound something like Feu! Chatterton that wins me over.
The album is due to be released on October 16.
